I'm a urologic surgeon at Swedish in Seattle, where I focus on robotic surgery for prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer alongside general urologic care. I use the most advanced diagnostic tools and imaging available to understand the root cause of your problem and offer every reasonable option from medication to the latest in surgical robotics.

Training

I completed my urology residency at Westchester Medical Center in New York, where I trained in single-port robotic surgery with Dr. Mutahar Ahmed at Hackensack University Medical Center — one of the first surgeons in the world to build a practice around the da Vinci SP platform. I then completed a fellowship in robotic urologic oncology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC under Dr. Inderbir Gill, whose program helped define modern robotic surgery for kidney and bladder cancer.

That combination — single-port technique from its pioneers, and high-volume robotic oncology across all three major urologic cancers — is what I brought to the Pacific Northwest. It is a rare pairing in this region, and it means the operation you need can almost always be done through fewer and smaller incisions than you may have been told.

How I practice

I believe patients make the best decisions when they genuinely understand their condition — not a simplified version of it. Outside the operating room

I live in Seattle with my family. Outside of medicine I enjoy traveling, exercising and tinkering with computers and electronics.
